Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects from planning through completion
• Ability to track costs and keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality
• Efficient time management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Electrical management experience - preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from beginning to end, ensuring quality, safety, and customer service standards
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractor activity, materials, and equipment
• Manage project budgets, costs, and documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet major milestones
• Keep customers and field crews updated and communicate with leadership on project status
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements
