GPAC is assisting with multiple openings for Electrical Construction Project Managers and Estimators. The roles involve leading projects across diverse settings such as high-rise, multifamily, data centers, and hospitals, coordinating with field teams and management.

Emphasis on bids, takeoffs, schedules, and contracts to deliver high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electrical PM or estimating, strong MS Office/industry software skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of electrical construction project management experience up to $1-5M.
• Solid experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, McCormick, ConESt.
• Field coordination with construction management.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Excellent initiative, execution, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
