Job summary

GPAC, a national executive search firm, has been retained by a local electrical contractor in the Denver area to find an Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and client coordination while ensuring safety and quality standards on commercial, industrial, and institutional builds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Stable work history.
• Proficiency with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and profitability
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
