Job summary

Freedom Recruiters USA in New York is sourcing an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee growing project activity as the firm relocates from Long Island to Staten Island within the year. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical construction from inception through completion, ensuring work is safe, on time, within budget, and compliant with NEC and client requirements.

Strong leadership, communication with diverse stakeholders, and a meticulous eye for schedules and costs

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from planning to execution.
• Develop schedules and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs and productivity to ensure profitability.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for compliance.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, general contractors, and field personnel.
• Prepare RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and safety.
• Ensure OSHA and NEC compliance and safety policies.
• Lead project meetings and guide field teams.
• Support estimating and preconstruction activities.
• Manage closeout, punch lists, final docs, and turnover.
