Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading electrical projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned electrical projects or phases including planning, execution, and client communications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and controls.
• Monitor performance, resource use, and finances; provide forecasting and reporting to leadership.
• Mentor engineers and junior staff to foster high performance.
