Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent/Estimator to manage electrical projects from assignment through completion on industrial sites. Responsibilities include detailed estimating, safety oversight, scheduling, and clear communications with stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years of field experience in industrial electrical construction and at least 5 years in food/beverage environments. The candidate will oversee multiple job sites, manage budgets, ensure compliance with NEC,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5–7 years' field experience in industrial electrical construction as a Superintendent and/or Estimator managing crews of 10 or more at an individual job site is required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in food and/or beverage and industrial plants is required.

Responsibilities

• Estimating: Prepares detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems.
• Manage all aspects of multiple jobsites including labor, materials, budget, profitability, safety and delivery as per the contract.
• Documentation: Submittals, RFIs, drawings, and meeting minutes management.
• Scheduling: Plan, sequence, and schedule projects with input from the superintendent and subcontractors.
• Financial Management: Update labor projections, cost reports, and project status summaries; maximize cash flow through invoicing and collections.
