Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction for hyperscale data center projects in Mobile, Alabama or near Chicago, IL. You will oversee MV/LV systems, gensets, UPS, PDUs and coordination with GC leadership and MEP teams.

Strong mission-critical background is essential. Ideal candidates have proven electrical project management experience, subcontractor oversight, and expertise in critical power networks.

Qualifications

• Hyperscale data center or complex mission-critical construction experience required.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction scope from preconstruction through turnover.
• Oversee MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS/STS, PDUs.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, trade partners and vendors across schedule, quality and safety.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking and cost control.
• Coordinate with GC leadership, MEP teams, engineering, commissioning and project controls.
• Drive testing, commissioning, punch-list closeout and turnover.
