Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to design complex electrical systems for various clients. Reporting to the Electrical Division Manager, the successful candidate will handle estimating, project design, management, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell electrical work for commercial projects
• Design electrical systems compliant with NEC and standards
• Manage and supervise project activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion
• Plan and coordinate resources including labor, materials, and tools
• Secure and manage subcontractors
• Survey job sites as needed
• Apply latest electrical codes, techniques, and practices
• Respond to customer service calls
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical construction
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CAD skills are a plus

• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
