Prism Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to lead electrical projects across Texas and Oklahoma. You will estimate, design, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include delivering accurate NEC-compliant designs, using Accubid for estimates, and guiding projects from scope to execution with a focus on profitability.

Responsibilities

• Estimate / design and manage electrical projects ranging from $10,000 to $1 million.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in trust and long term, repeat business opportunities.
• Ability to identify clients' electrical needs and develop / design NEC compliant solutions that will meet current and future needs.
• Ensure open and effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, etc.
• Perform accurate and timely estimates using Accubid software.
• Present scope & pricing in concise, detailed proposals.
• When required, develop, submit and gain AHJ approval of drawings, load calculations, etc.
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers when necessary to arrive at an equitable outcome.
• Effectively oversee and manage all facets of projects, including but not limited to schedules, labor / material budgets, subcontractors, etc.
• Ensure overall success and profitability of projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to Prism safety and quality standards.
• Always perform all facets of a job with the highest standard of ethics.
