Ppswork in the Greater Cleveland area is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee electrical projects from pre-construction to completion. This role may also suit an Electrical Superintendent aiming to transition into management, with training provided.

You will prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and collaborate with field teams to ensure on-time delivery. Local, primarily office-based with little travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating role with an electrical contractor.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Duties

• Oversee electrical projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating role with an electrical contractor.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

Details

• $60k to $100k a year (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Fully paid Medical, Retirement Plan, Mileage Reimbursement when traveling, and 5 days of PTO after 1-year of employment
