Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks a Project Manager to lead design, implementation, maintenance, and closeout of electrical systems and solutions in a hybrid Rhode Island area role.

You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate diverse teams, and manage budgets to deliver high‑quality outcomes that meet client expectations. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and proactive problem solving within a growing energy infrastructure organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
• Experience with electrical utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects.
• Transmission line and Substation experience preferred.
• Cost Analyst experience in examining and interpreting financial data, auditing upon close out, and providing detailed summation preferred.
• 6 years experience or greater or 3 years’ experience plus PMP.
• Curious and active listener with a hunger to learn and willingness to think outside the box.
• Resilient and self-motivated; always striving to build on previous successes.
• Detail oriented: The little things matter!

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Allocate and coordinate resources including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and construction teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish strong communication channels with clients and address concerns.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to stay within financial targets.
