Qualifications

• Journeyman license preferred.
• Experience in electrical project management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plan reading and construction management principles.
• Familiarity with electrical codes/regulations and their application.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong budgeting/estimating skills for project costs.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team and demonstrate leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical project development, including estimating, planning, execution, and final delivery.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate schedules and resources with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct construction estimating to prepare budgets and forecasts for costs.
• Ensure adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Prepare and present forecasts for monthly project reviews and take corrective actions as needed.
• Implement system design strategies meeting client requirements and industry standards.
