KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a major Data Center project in West Texas. The role demands strong leadership, hands‑on management of schedules, budgets, and procurement, and direct client interface.

You will oversee startup through turnover on a mission-critical site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely commissioning in a dynamic environment with an 18‑month horizon.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction management experience.
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover.
• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.

Location: Abernathy, Tx

Pay: $65-$67/hour

Schedule:13 Days On / 1 Day Off

Duration: 18-Month Project

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on a major Data Center project in West Texas.
