• Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Evaluate and improve department processes to meet customer needs and profitability.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a group of approximately 3 direct and 10 total reports.
• Review contractual requirements for all projects and process design methodology as required.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects.
• Manage project review process with emphasis on financial forecasting.
• Proactively communicate challenges, risks and successes.
• Oversee invoicing per project terms and negotiate change orders.

• Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager is between $85,000 and $120,000 depending on experience and maybe more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance
