Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Location: Texas | Remote or Hybrid Work Options

Ready to lead complex electrical construction projects from the ground up? We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction.

This role offers the opportunity to manage all phases of the construction process—from estimating and pre-construction through closeout—while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and permits
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
• Resolve field issues, RFI responses, and manage change orders
• Track costs, produce reports, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
• Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and commercial/industrial electrical systems
• Experience with construction scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Procore, or other construction management software
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
