Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead delivery of mission-critical electrical construction projects in Nevada, spanning data centres, advanced manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. You will own delivery from pre-construction through completion, partnering with field teams, customers, and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and operational teams.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

A leading electrical contractor with a strong presence across the Western United States is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of mission-critical, industrial, and large-scale construction projects in Nevada.

With a significant pipeline of secured work and multiple projects already underway, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering complex, high-value electrical installations across data centres, advanced manufacturing facilities, and other critical infrastructure environments.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with field teams, superintendents, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience
• Proven Project Management experience on large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, contracts, and scheduling
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to lead teams in both office and field environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred

• Mission Critical construction experience
• Advanced Manufacturing / Gigafactory experience
• Previous estimating or field supervision background
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
