Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee municipal water and wastewater electrical construction projects from contract award through completion. You will plan, budget, schedule, procure, and coordinate with clients to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of MCCs, switchgear, VFDs, PLC/SCADA, and the ability to read electrical plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience with municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MCCs, switchgear, VFDs, PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and electrical power distribution.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reports.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and equipment deliveries.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Attend project meetings and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and general contractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Support project closeout, commissioning, and final documentation.
