Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to join our growing team. This individual will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects.
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to evaluate jobsite conditions and anticipate construction risks.
• Develop scope of work and assist in final proposal and scheduling preparations.
• Manage project kickoff, including subcontractor and vendor selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate with general contractors, clients, and owners, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and closeout materials.
• Monitor project budget, progress, and performance, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Support business development efforts by fostering existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years minimum experience in construction project management, preferably in electrical contracting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency with project management and construction-related software.
• Understanding of NEC requirements and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
