Job summary

Gpac in Englewood, Colorado seeks an Electrical Project Manager with strong field experience to drive electrical construction projects from bid to completion.

You will use Procore, Bluebeam, ACCUBID, and other tools to manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance while coordinating with field crews, inspectors, and clients. A Journeyman/Master Electrician license is a plus; compensation reflects experience and project impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Field experience coordinating with electrical construction management.
• Solid knowledge of estimating software including Accubid, MCCormick, ConEST, Procore, Bluebeam.
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, takeoffs, change orders and contracts.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical project from bid to closeout.
• Oversee budget, schedules, and change orders.
• Delegate duties to project engineers and coordinate with field crews.
• Maintain NEC and AHJ compliance and permit processes.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, vendors, and staff.

ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

We are partnered with an Excellent ELECTRICAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN NEED OF A ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER FOR A GROWTH OPPORTUNITY.

Electrical Project Manager Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager is between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience and maybe more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:

• Prior electrical jobsite experience (apprentice, licensed journeyman, and Superintendent/Foreman) in construction setting is highly recommended, but not required
• Proficiencies and skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid
• Proficiencies in reading, understanding, and tracking job financial reports and budget documents
• Ability to delegate duties assigned to Project Engineer
• Very knowledgeable in NEC (National Electrical Code) and Local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
• Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; communicates effectively with management, employees, customers, and vendors High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customers
