Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will oversee daily operations of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, labor management, material procurement, cost control, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the primary contact for general contractors, owners, and end users.
• Assist with RFIs.
• Manage financial aspects: labor budgets, purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billings.
• Handle change order pricing.
• Procure materials like switchgear, luminaires, and specialty equipment.
• Track product deliveries and schedules.
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Attend project and site meetings.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate engineering efforts on design/build projects.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and provide responses.
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment with deadlines.
• Follow company and jobsite operating procedures.
• Ensure contractual and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Experience with estimating, cost management, procurement, and scheduling.
• Understanding of electrical power and lighting design.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
