Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience as a Senior Project Manager or Lead Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), electrical systems, and commercial construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and multi-site projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, manpower plans, and project execution strategies.
• Lead project teams including project managers, superintendents, foremen, and electricians.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor agreements.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documents.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and approve pay applications, billing, and project closeout documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development to team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide executive-level project updates.
