Overview

The Electrical Project Foreman is responsible for supervising field crews and coordinating the installation of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and medical projects. This includes power distribution, branch circuitry, lighting systems, grounding, equipment terminations, low‑voltage pathways, and underground infrastructure where applicable. The Foreman ensures that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, drawings, and company standards. This role works closely with Project Managers, APMs, inspectors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain schedule, quality, and jobsite organization. The Electrical Project Foreman must demonstrate strong leadership, solid technical knowledge, and effective communication skills while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
