Job Description

Owen Electric has been in business since 1986. We primarily undertake large commercial, institutional, and multifamily electrical construction projects. Based in Northeast Florida, our primary area of operation is in the Southeastern United States. We have a solid reputation within the industry, which is the result of the hard work and dedication of our employees.

Requirements:

1. Ten or more years of experience in the electrical industry managing projects.
2. Ability to manage and run multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Extensive knowledge of materials, lighting, and electrical distribution.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Basic estimating experience.
7. Knowledge of Accubid estimating software and Timberline job costing software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contractors and clients.
3. Experience in processing change orders from start to finish.
4. Managing safety aspects of projects, including OSHA certification.
5. Managing all financial aspects of assigned projects.
6. Ensuring project documentation is complete.
7. Collaborating with other Project Managers.
8. Being a team player with a positive attitude.
9. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
