Job summary

Rinvio is seeking an executive to provide direction for large electrical construction projects in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on strategy, financial accountability, and delivery excellence across project teams and client relationships.

You will set priorities, guide field leadership, and ensure execution aligns with project goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a full-time W-2 on-site opportunity with compensation reflecting senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles within electrical construction.
• Experience on major projects involving data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong team leadership abilities paired with clear, effective communication.
• Licensing obligations and jurisdictional requirements will be clarified during screening.
