Job summary
PACCAR/Kenworth Truck Company in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of electrical systems for heavy trucks. You will interface with Product Planning, Marketing & Sales, and Management to translate customer requirements into vehicle-level targets and engineering solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive electrical systems.
- Experience with wiring harness design and automotive ECUs.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methods and process improvement.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate program definition with PACCAR teams to deliver cost-efficient solutions.
- Integrate electrical features across engines, transmissions, and ABS/ESP/ACC.
- Manage project processes to maintain schedule, budget and functionality.
- Plan and track validation testing of components.
- Support product launches at assembly plants.
- Ensure quality and reliability of electrical systems.
