Job summary
IMEG Corp is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer 1 based in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves leading design efforts for electrical systems, collaborating with a team to deliver engineering solutions, and ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer License, and 2+ years of experience in building design. Qualifications
2 years of experience minimum required, 4 preferred, in building design consulting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays.
Responsibilities
Lead design efforts for electrical systems analysis and specifications.
Interact with clients to gather project requirements and maintain relationships.
Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling tasks.
Analyze engineering problems and propose practical solutions.
Prioritize safety and identify potential risks in electrical systems.
