Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a talented Electrical Project Engineer in the Chesterfield, MO area to join our team. You will work closely with the Project Manager to keep electrical projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating submittals, RFIs, and buyout activities, and supporting PMs with documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings an Associate’s degree or 2+ years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present and conduct meetings.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control.
• Able to adapt to changing environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager.
• Submit PCOs for review and approval.
• Download updated drawings from GC programs.
• Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits.
• Prepare special reports as requested by PM.
• Respond promptly to daily emails.
• Use construction software as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
