Job summary

RK Industries in Denver, CO seeks an Assistant Project Manager - Electrical to help lead complex electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. The role offers a salary range of $83,000 to $100,000 per year with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to own project planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships on large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager in electrical project management on large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction.
• Ability to determine program objectives, organize programs, and develop guidelines for diverse activities.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day leadership, project operations, staff coordination, and field execution across assigned projects.
• Manage project administration, documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and closeout requirements to protect RK and client interests.
• Gain experience with project budgets, schedules, buyout plans, procurement coordination, billing schedules, and monthly contract valuations.
• Ensure projects are properly staffed and monitor labor resource loading, productivity, tools, and rental equipment usage.
