Left Coast Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to drive project momentum across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical builds in San Dimas, CA.

You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and field leaders to keep high-profile jobs on schedule and deliver hands-on administrative impact in a fast-growing contractor environment. The role requires construction industry experience, knowledge of RFIs, submittals, and change orders, plus strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Demonstrated prior experience working within the construction industry.
• Functional knowledge of core administrative workflows including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate essential project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Track material deliveries and vendor schedules to prevent field delays across active jobs.
• Assist project leadership with labor hour monitoring, manpower tracking, and project progress reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date jobsite safety records, compliance logs, and administrative closeout files.
• Collaborate closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline communication.
• Support accurate project billing processes and verify vendor invoices prior to project closeout.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Coordinate essential project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
