Job summary

Modular Devices is seeking a Production Specialist- Electrical to install, route, assemble and test electrical systems in mobile medical coaches. You will read schematics, install panels, troubleshoot and collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet quality and safety standards.

Requires 1–3 years in electrical manufacturing, HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, familiarity with electrical tools, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Reading electrical schematics and production drawings.
• Experience using electrical hand tools, meters, and power equipment.
• Knowledge of safe electrical work practices and installation standards.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and secure electrical wiring, conduit, and harnesses throughout mobile medical coaches
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and production work orders
• Install electrical panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, switches, and other components
• Assist with installation and wiring of medical equipment and support systems
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks
• Ensure all electrical work meets company quality standards and applicable codes
• Operate hand tools, power tools, testing meters, and electrical equipment safely
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
• Maintain organized work areas and manage materials and tools
• Communicate shortages, design concerns, or delays to supervisors
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Frequently bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces
• Maintain strong attendance
• Perform other related duties as assigned
