Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Production Engineering Specialist – Electrical to support the Sustaining Engineering team on the production floor in Houston, TX. You will identify electrical issues, work with design engineers to correct design, safety, and quality concerns, and provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and testing of electrical systems.

You will also help implement ECO changes, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with electrical codes while

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role involving electrical products in an industrial environment.
Tier-1 engineering contact on the manufacturing floor is required.
Experience with electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Basic computer skills: Windows, Excel, Outlook.
Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.

Responsibilities

Identify and troubleshoot electrical engineering issues on the manufacturing floor.
Collaborate with Electrical Design Engineering to correct product design, safety, or quality issues.
Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and testing of electrical systems.
Create or support ECO implementation for design corrections or continuous improvement.
Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
