Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, and technical prints.
• Comfortable using various electrical hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical wiring, cabling, and components based on schematics and technical documentation.
• Wire electrical panels and connectors with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strip, crimp, and terminate small and large gauge wires and cables.
• Operate electrical hand tools safely and effectively.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints for proper installation.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Report defects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
