Job summary

Explorer Pipeline in Oklahoma seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and oversee electrical power systems for pipeline facilities, from substations to control equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Specialized education in high/medium voltage systems preferred.
  • Thermography Level I and CMM certification are preferred within one year.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with DOT/OSHA safety requirements and environmental rules.
  • Design and supervise electrical power system components for pipelines.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement.
  • Oversee field supervision and contractor activities.
  • Update protective relay settings and system programming.
  • Provide technical guidance on operations and maintenance.
