Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with industry expertise in electrical power distribution. The role involves coordinating across sales, engineering and production, managing project documentation, and ensuring on-time delivery to end users.

5+ years of PM experience and an engineering or related degree are required. Typical hours are Monday–Friday. Travel up to 25% to Forgent facilities and customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
Experience in electrical power distribution or related industry preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design reviews and coordinate with sales, engineering and production.
Verify project specs and sales orders with customers for clarifications.
Conduct project review meetings to document progress and coordinate testing and delivery.
Document parts sequencing and communicate lead times with vendors.
Coordinate factory inspection and testing documentation.
