Job summary

Department: College of Advanced Manufacturing & Skilled Trades

Reports To: Dean, Associate

LOCATION: Green Bay, WI - Position requires availability to instruct on campus and in flexible delivery modes.

STANDARD HOURS: Flexibility in schedule is required for day, night or weekend classes as needed.

SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

$75,300- $80,000 based on a standard contract obligation of approximately 176 days

Benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are provided year round

Additional compensation can be earned through extra contractual work, above the standard contract obligations as available.

*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.

Faculty serve as educators, mentors, and ambassadors for the College by contributing as defined within the operational plans of the College to student recruitment, retention, program quality, and institutional effectiveness. Faculty maintain professional expertise in their discipline and instructional practice while actively participating in ongoing professional development, industry engagement, and college initiatives. Through continuous learning and collaboration with academic leaders, faculty advance instructional excellence, support the College's operational and strategic priorities, and contribute to the long-term success of students, programs, and the institution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Teaching & Learning
  • Create and maintain a learning environment that supports student success and promotes positive learning experiences.
  • Design and deliver instruction that provides equitable access to learning for all students.
  • Support student learning and achievement by responding to various learning needs.
  • Plan and deliver instruction that aligns with course, program, and institutional learning outcomes.
  • Deliver instruction across assigned instructional modalities using appropriate learning technologies and instructional resources.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback that supports academic progress and achievement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve instructional practices to support student learning and achievement.
  • Design, implement, and administer assessments that measure student learning and achievement.
  • Evaluate student learning using assessment results to inform instructional improvement.
  • Contribute to course, program, and institutional assessment and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Use assessment and student success data to support continuous improvement of courses, programs, and student learning.
  • Utilize the College's learning management system and instructional technologies to deliver course content and support student learning.
  • Utilize instructional technologies in accordance with College expectations and instructional requirements.
Curriculum Development
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain curriculum that supports course and program outcomes.
  • Review and revise curriculum to maintain relevance and support student learning.
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials and learning resources that support course delivery.
  • Develop curriculum and instructional materials that support student learning across instructional modalities.
