Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator in Pacific, WA to lead bids and oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout. This role combines cost accuracy with field insight to keep projects moving and relationships strong.

You’ll manage estimates and bids, coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field crews, and control schedules, budgets, and procurement for projects typically ranging from mid-size to large scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Experience estimating and managing projects around $1M–$10M.
• Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
