Job summary

Kodiak Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead full project lifecycles on commercial and industrial electrical construction across the Carolinas. You will manage budgets, schedules, field operations, and safety, delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical project leadership, knowledge of NEC standards, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience with commercial or industrial builds (data centers, healthcare, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and manpower planning.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, contracts, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with estimating, prefab, and VDC teams to drive project efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, and subcontractors.
• Champion jobsite safety and ensure NEC compliance.
