Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Oak Harbor, Ohio seeks a Planning Support - Electrical to develop maintenance work packages for various activities at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, ensuring alignment with site procedures and schedules. You will walk down work areas, validate scope, and prepare necessary permits with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of nuclear electrical/operations experience, or an engineering degree in lieu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years related field experience in Electrical, or Operations at a nuclear power plant.
• Engineering degree can substitute for experience.
• Ability to collect and analyze complex technical data from multiple sources (manuals, drawings, schematics, procedures).
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Prior planning experience in a nuclear plant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance work packages for corrective, deficient, and other work activities.
• Perform job walk-downs to validate scope, parts, and clearances.
• Initiate permits and clearance requests and coordinate with other groups.
• Provide detailed work instructions and oversight to field teams.
• Perform ERO duties as assigned.
