World Electric Supply is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Florida to sell electrical supplies and parts at counter locations and to process orders for delivery or pickup. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service experience, and bilingual English/Spanish in the South Florida region.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) in South Florida Region.

Responsibilities

• Sell electrical supplies, various parts, and equipment at counter locations.
• Facilitate moving products through warehouse areas (Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Order Processing, Replenishment).
• Determine make/type of product needed and discuss features with customers.
• Research replacement part stock numbers and prices; fill customer orders from stock.
• Handle payments or credit authorizations; advise on substitutions when needed.
• Assist customers with loading materials into their vehicle and take telephone orders.
