Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering prints/specifications and electrical schematics to assemble machines.
• Able to read Ladder Logic wiring schematics and apply to panel wiring.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls using precision measuring tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering prints/specifications to determine assembly of machine.
• Read Ladder Logic wiring schematics.
• Position and layout components per engineering prints/specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls with multimeter, amp meter, oscilloscope.
• Plan assembly procedures for efficient progress.
• Assemble complex electrical units meeting inspection and testing specs.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts for machining finish and dimensions.
• Follow safety requirements for tools, assembly, and forklift operation.
• Attend work on time and perform additional duties as directed.
