Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience wiring electrical control panels.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Basic NEC safety knowledge and compliance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Install and wire control panels and harnesses.
• Select correct wire gauge and terminations based on diagrams and BOMs.
• Inspect components before installation and during assembly.
• Perform self-quality inspections to verify wiring accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues using wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ensure proper PPE and safe use of tools and equipment.
