Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC in New Berlin, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Electrical Panel Wiring Assembler. You will assemble electrical control panels by mounting components, cut and terminate wires, install wiring harnesses, and wire according to diagrams while ensuring proper routing and safe termination.

The role requires reading electrical diagrams, using hand and power tools, performing functional tests, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical panel wiring.

• Perform functional tests on completed panels to verify correct operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring errors or malfunctions, and use testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to diagnose issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of panel wiring and testing procedures, and complete necessary paperwork and quality control checks.
