Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Technician to assemble, wire, and test electrical panels in a climate-controlled Texas facility. The role emphasizes reading schematics, proper wire preparation, and delivering high-quality electrical connections with attention to workmanship standards.

The position features a first shift (Mon–Fri 6am–2:30pm) with overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, vision, and dental plans, plus weekly pay

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent wire assembly, electrical assembly, or panel building experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of NEMA and IEC symbols.
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality electrical connections.
• Experience with wire cutters, strippers, crimpers.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Technician to join our client's production team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical schematics, wire preparation techniques, and quality electrical connections in a manufacturing environment.
