Job summary

Husco is seeking an Electrical & Panel Builder Technician in Waukesha, WI for a regular part-time role. The candidate will wire automation panels, read schematics, and assemble electrical devices across equipment, under direction from Controls Engineers.

You will validate equipment, support mechanical and hydraulic systems, and document changes to prints. Applicants should have 2 years’ experience and an Associate/technical degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in panel wiring, electrical technician work, or equivalent.
• Experience with schematics, controls system wiring, and panel building.
• Knowledge of common electrical symbols and circuit components.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Wiring of automation panels and equipment, reading wiring schematics and wiring electrical panels, sensors, and automation devices.
• Perform validation tasks on automation equipment to confirm controls integrity, I/O verification, and device calibration.
• Support mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic automation equipment build, installation, and validation.
• Redline electrical prints and document changes clearly for ongoing improvement.
