You will follow detailed work instructions to assemble products accurately, develop foundational skills in electronics assembly, and contribute to on‑time delivery and quality. AHS environment and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience working as an electrical panel builder / wire person in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read Electrical Drawings/Schematics and recognize common electrical controls components.
• Ability to use hand (e.g. wire strippers/crimpers) and/or power tools (e.g. drills, punches, jigsaws).
• Ability to measure and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unbox and identify components per layout drawings, schematics and parts lists.
• Read schematics and layout control panels per dimensions.
• Drill, tap holes, and mount components in enclosures and panels.
• Assemble and wire control panels to high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
