This direct-hire role offers a starting pay of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and a benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k). Steel-toe boots stipend provided initially.

Qualifications

• Read electrical schematics and blueprints to assemble panels.
• 1–3 years assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Use hand tools and basic electrical wiring techniques.
• Must follow safety policies.
• Strong math skills including fractions, decimals, and metric conversions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test power supply units and control panels.
• Interpret BOMs and blueprints to ensure correct components.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
