Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking a reliable Panel Assembler in Mineola, TX to build and wire electrical control panels for manufacturing equipment. The role requires experience in assembly, wiring, and reading schematics.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule with some Saturdays, full-time employment, and overtime potential. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of panel/electrical assembly or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Proven work history with at least 2 years at previous employer.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints and schematics.
• Install electrical components including relays, terminal blocks, switches, and breakers.
• Route and connect wiring neatly and accurately.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of completed panels.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
• Complete assigned production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
