Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical construction (commercial/industrial required).
• 3+ years in a leadership or operations role.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple electrical construction projects.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
