Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 5 years of motor repair experience. Valid license and ability to pass background checks are needed. Training and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of motor repair experience required.
• Familiar with API, ANSI, and OEM standards related to rotating equipment.
• Valid driver's license; pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
• Document repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
• Perform hydro and paint of repaired and new assembly equipment.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision.
