FPM sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and field operations, working closely with Sub-System Design, Systems Engineering, and Services teams to turn fleet data into action.
The Electrical Monitoring Engineer is an entry-level role focused on the analysis and diagnostic assessment of electrical components and systems across our onshore wind turbine fleet. This role is ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate with a foundation in electrical engineering who is also comfortable working with data and code - whether through coursework, projects, internships, clubs, or personal exploration. You'll learn to interpret electrical system data, detect abnormal performance, and support the broader monitoring strategy that keeps our fleet running reliably, all while building deep technical expertise in electrical systems and developing your data analysis and programming skills on the job.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $72,000.00 and $108,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
